Production requirements and supplier controls
At Bonesca we’re proud of the quality of the products we deliver to our customers. This is why we produce a large part of our range under one of our own labels. This way we’re putting a recognizable and trusted product on the market and this enables us to ensure that production runs according to our own quality requirements. To achieve this, we use suppliers with whom we have long-standing, trusted relationships. Naturally we also set high quality requirements for products that we buy under different labels.

Check before transport
Bonesca has a worldwide network of agents with in-depth knowledge of the local market. Before our products are shipped, one of these agents carries out the final inspection on site to assess whether the product meets our standards. In the meantime, an employee in the Netherlands checks whether all documents are in order, such as;
• Catch certificate
• Health certificate
• Microbiological analysis
• Chemical analysis
• Migration test
• Declarations of conformity with EU regulations
Measures on arrival
Once in the Dutch harbor, our products are first inspected by the authorities before the shipment is released. After this the shipment arrives in our warehouse and one of our employees carries out an inspection. Samples are taken and, among other things, attention is paid to the external characteristics of the product and correct dimensions and weight. A product specification sheet is written based upon all the data we’ve collected regarding the product. This enables us to provide you with the correct specifications for every batch we receive. The product is then stored under controlled conditions in our warehouse

As metioned above, we make every effort to provide you with the best possible product. If there is any fault despite our efforts, you can always contact us. One of our employees will then work with you to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
